Now Accepting New Trauma Therapy Clients in Fort Lauderdale: Meet Our Expanded Team
We are currently accepting new clients for weekly EMDR and trauma-informed therapy at our Fort Lauderdale office and virtually across Florida. Two clinicians joined our team this spring, expanding our capacity to support adults navigating complex trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, betrayal trauma, and the patterns that often follow.
We see clients from across South Florida, including Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties, as well as virtually for clients located elsewhere in Florida.
If you have been considering trauma-focused therapy and looking for a practice with current availability, this post introduces both clinicians and explains how to begin.
A Note About Our Practice
Earlier this year, Restorative Integrations Boutique Therapy began operating as Lōmii Studio. We are the same clinical practice with the same founder, Jessica Ronyak, LMHC, LPCC, and the same commitment to refined, trauma-focused care for adults navigating complex experiences. The Lōmii Studio name reflects our continued investment in clinical depth.
For now, both restorativeintegrations.com and lomii.studio remain active. Inquiries through either site reach the same intake team and the same clinicians.
Meet Arianna Mucci, RMHCI
Arianna Mucci is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in Florida. She works under the direct clinical supervision of Jessica Ronyak, LMHC, LPCC, and is currently accepting new clients for weekly trauma-focused therapy at our supervised associate rate.
Arianna is an EMDR therapist whose clinical approach integrates EMDR with attachment-focused work and somatic awareness. She works with adults across a range of presentations, including those new to therapy and those continuing prior work with fresh clinical support.
EMDR Therapy and Trauma Work
Arianna uses EMDR therapy to help clients process trauma at the level of the nervous system and body. She works with adults navigating PTSD, anxiety, attachment wounds, and the relational patterns that develop when early experiences shape adult life. Her approach is paced and grounded, prioritizing safety and resourcing before deeper reprocessing work.
Attachment and Relational Patterns
Arianna is particularly attuned to clients working through attachment-related concerns, including difficulty trusting in close relationships, patterns of self-abandonment or people-pleasing, and the experience of feeling disconnected from one's own needs. Her work creates space for clients to develop a more compassionate relationship with the protective patterns they have developed.
Working with Adults New to Therapy
Arianna offers an accessible entry point for clients new to therapy, returning after a break, or seeking weekly trauma-focused care for the first time. Her clinical approach is grounded but unhurried, and her supervised associate structure means clients receive the additional clinical perspective of Jessica Ronyak, LMHC, LPCC, alongside Arianna's direct work.
Meet Reebha Sharma, RMHCI
Reebha Sharma is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in Florida. She joined our team this spring and is currently welcoming new clients for weekly therapy, both in-person at our Fort Lauderdale studio and virtually across Florida.
Reebha is an EMDR therapist who works with adults navigating PTSD, complex trauma, sexual trauma, and the patterns that often follow. Her work integrates EMDR with Internal Family Systems, somatic and body-based practices, and attachment-informed care. She emphasizes meeting clients in the full context of their lives, including the relationships, cultural backgrounds, and identities that shape how a person experiences themselves and the world.
EMDR Therapy and Trauma Work
Reebha uses EMDR therapy to support clients processing trauma at the level of the nervous system and body. She works with PTSD, complex post-traumatic stress, sexual trauma, attachment wounds, and the chronic emotional patterns that develop when early experiences shape adult life. Her approach honors each client's pace and capacity, prioritizing stabilization and resourcing before deeper reprocessing.
Sex Therapy and Intimacy Work
As a sex-positive clinician with training in Somatic-Concentric Sex Therapy, Reebha supports clients working through intimacy concerns, sexual trauma, relational rupture, and the shame or cultural messaging that often surrounds sexuality. This specialty brings a distinctive dimension to our team's work.
Working with Immigrants and First-Generation Clients
Reebha works particularly well with immigrants, first-generation Americans, and children of immigrants navigating the intersections of family expectations, cultural identity, and individual mental health. Her own lived experience as a South Asian woman informs this work, and she approaches it with a cultural and intersectional lens. Our Supervised Associate Program
Both Arianna and Reebha work as part of our supervised associate program. This structure pairs clinicians in training with the direct clinical oversight of a senior clinician.
For clients, this means several things:
You receive thoughtful, attuned care from a clinician early in their career, paired with the clinical depth of supervision from Jessica Ronyak, LMHC, LPCC.
Your case is regularly reviewed in supervision, which adds a second clinical perspective to your treatment.
Sessions are offered at an accessible rate, lower than working with a senior clinician directly.
The supervised associate program reflects our commitment to making rigorous trauma-focused care available to clients across a range of financial circumstances.
This is not a compromise tier. It is a deliberate clinical structure that produces high-quality outcomes while supporting the development of skilled trauma therapists.
Who We Work With
Arianna and Reebha work with adults navigating a range of trauma presentations and life concerns, including:
Complex post-traumatic stress (C-PTSD) and developmental trauma
Attachment wounds and relational patterns
Childhood and developmental trauma, including emotional neglect
Betrayal trauma and relational rupture
Anxiety and chronic stress with trauma roots
Patterns of perfectionism, people-pleasing, or self-abandonment
Grief and loss
Shame and self-criticism
The experience of being highly self-aware while still feeling stuck in long-standing patterns
Both clinicians work with people new to therapy and those continuing prior work. What unites the clients they serve is a willingness to engage with both insight and embodiment, an openness to exploring what is happening cognitively and what is held in the nervous system.
When Weekly Therapy Is Appropriate
Weekly trauma-focused therapy is appropriate for clients who:
Have current life stability sufficient to engage with therapeutic work
Are seeking sustained, ongoing support rather than acute crisis intervention
Want to build a long-term clinical relationship with a single clinician
Have specific patterns or experiences they want to explore over time
Weekly therapy is not a substitute for inpatient care, residential treatment, intensive outpatient programs, or psychiatric crisis services. For clients whose presentation requires a higher level of care, we provide assessment, referral guidance, and coordination with appropriate providers.
How to Begin Working With Arianna or Reebha
The path from inquiry to your first session looks like this:
1. Brief inquiry call with our Client Care Coordinator. A 15-minute call to discuss what you are seeking, gather initial clinical information, and answer your questions about format, fees, and logistics.
2. Brief consultation with the clinician you would be working with. A 20-minute clinical conversation to assess fit and confirm that weekly trauma-focused therapy with Arianna or Reebha is the right next step for you.
3. Scheduling and beginning weekly therapy. If the fit is mutual and clinically appropriate, you are matched with the clinician and begin weekly sessions, either at our Fort Lauderdale office or virtually if you are elsewhere in Florida.
