  • Yes. These consultations meet EMDRIA standards and count toward the 10 consultation hours required for certification. You’ll be responsible for logging your hours, and I’ll provide tools to help you track them.

  • You’re still welcome here. Many therapists join to reflect on their work, grow confidence with EMDR, or deepen their skills around complex trauma, dissociation, and resourcing.

  • You can reschedule up to 7 days in advance using the link in your confirmation email. Your session credit will remain available for future use.

  • Yes—I offer 1:1 consultation for therapists exploring Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, Ketamine-Assisted EMDR™, starting a private practice, or working with complex trauma and dissociation. You can request a 1:1 consult here.

  • Once you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the private link. Inside, you’ll find everything you need—Zoom links, schedule, tools, and resources.

  • Each group is intentionally kept small, with no more than 6–8 therapists, so there’s space for meaningful dialogue, shared learning, and your voice in the room.

About Jessica

Hi, I’m Jess (she/her), a licensed therapist based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, also licensed in Ohio, an EMDRIA Consultant-in-Training, and a qualified clinical supervisor in Florida. I’ve spent years walking with clients through deep, attuned, and compassionate healing—and now, I get to walk alongside fellow therapists, too.

As a consultant, I offer a grounded, collaborative space for therapists who want to slow down, reflect, and engage in meaningful dialogue about healing work. Whether you’re navigating complex trauma, stress-related disorders, or dissociative experiences, you don’t have to show up with answers—just a genuine desire to grow your clarity and confidence.

I bring advanced training in complex trauma, attachment-focused EMDR, ego state parts work, dissociation, Early Trauma Protocol, and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy— Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and Ketamine-Assisted EMDR™. I stay actively engaged with current research and evolving best practices—and I care deeply about consultation that honors the human experience, not just the protocol.

More than anything, I believe people deserve high-quality, competent, compassionate therapists. And I love being part of the process that supports therapists in taking care of themselves, building community, and feeling strong and steady in the work they do.
