FAQs about our Inner pathways Private Retreats in fort lauderdale
-
Unlike ongoing KAP models that space prep, dosing, and integration over weeks or months, Inner Pathways is an immersive 3–5 day experience. It leverages the neuroplastic window activated by ketamine—pairing it with EMDR, parts work, and somatic integration for deeper, anchored healing.
-
No diagnosis or referral is required. During your consult, we’ll assess readiness and fit based on your goals, health history, and current support system. Our prescriber partners will also conduct a medical screening for KAP suitability.
-
Each day is spacious and customized. You may have a morning preparation session, a mid-day KAP experience, and afternoon integration. Built-in rest and regulation time ensures your system is never rushed or overwhelmed. Approximately 4-6 hours of therapy, time for massage, restorative yoga, or other integrative services.
-
Yes. Many clients are first-timers to KAP and the psychedelic world. We’ll walk you through every step with informed consent, attunement, and clinical care. If KAP isn’t the right fit, we’ll offer alternative intensive options like Reclaim + Reset.
-
Possibly. Some medications interact with ketamine’s effectiveness. Your prescriber will assess this during your medical screening and collaborate on any tapering plans, if appropriate.
-
Prescribing and administering ketamine is not within our scope of practice at Restorative Integrations. For Inner Pathways, we partner with a trusted, licensed medical provider who conducts a full screening and determines your eligibility, dosage, and treatment plan.
If appropriate, they prescribe oral ketamine (sublingual lozenges), which are shipped directly to your home. You’ll bring your prescribed medication to our intensive sessions, where I support you through the therapeutic experience. The medical provider is not onsite, but remains available for any needed consultation or care coordination.
This is a collaborative care model—you receive medical oversight from the prescriber, and therapeutic guidance and integration support from me, all within our respective scopes of practice.
-
Pricing begins at $4,800 for 3 days and varies depending on duration, prescriber costs, and add-ons.
Medicine sessions and screening are billed separately by the prescriber. A detailed estimate will be provided after your consultation.

When another practice may be a better fit for your needs
While our practice is open to all those seeking healing and relief from trauma symptoms, we recognize that there are some instances in which you may be better served elsewhere. Here are some examples:
-
If you're experiencing a mental health emergency or require immediate crisis intervention, we recommend seeking care through emergency services or crisis-specialized providers who can offer round-the-clock support and monitoring. Please review our emergency resources here.
-
For clients requiring a higher level of care, an intensive outpatient program (IOP) or partial hospitalization program (PHP) might better meet your current needs.
-
Our practice specializes in EMDR intensives and targeted trauma treatment. If you're looking for traditional, ongoing therapy sessions focused on general life challenges rather than trauma processing, we can recommend excellent colleagues who better align with these needs.
If you're unsure whether our EMDR intensive program is the right fit for you, we encourage you to schedule a complimentary consultation so we can speak directly.
