Meet the Founder

Jessica A. Ronyak, LMHC

Jessica is an EMDR Certified therapist, consultant in training, and CPTT Candidate with expertise in supporting folks through anxiety, depression, addiction, and a history of trauma. She specializes in EMDR therapy and offers focused EMDR intensives to help clients deeply process trauma, heal past wounds, and build emotional resilience. Jessica also integrates Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) as an adjunctive treatment to facilitate deeper therapeutic work, allowing clients to navigate trauma with enhanced safety, compassion, and insight.
